Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (R. R., MDInform, mdinform2026@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. email) of your decision. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notification in time.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts on the supply of digital content/services, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that we begin performance before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your awareness of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
